RCT Vote Locking

Lock RCT for a fixed time period on the platform to be given voting weight for proposal and Astroport Ownership DAO voting (Astroport Generators incentives allocation voting):

• RCT lockers receive a portion of platform fees in reASTRO (5%)

• RCT lockers can receive extra incentives which comes from platform built-in bribes marketplace after they delegate the voting weight to Reactor
